Summary SG meeting practices are formal procedures designed for before, during, and after Steering Group meetings. Before the meeting, it is important to schedule the date in advance, send a calendar invite, and provide an official email invitation with the agenda and materials (like the project plan). During the meeting, the project manager presents the Executive Summary, and the meeting follows the agenda. The project manager or a selected group member acts as the secretary and writes the minutes, by noting all decisions.
